Lemon Bars

You have GOT to try these Amazingly Tasty, Homemade Lemon Bars! Created in 2017, by our Pot Sidekick confectioner, our suprisingly gooey, cannabis-infused, lemon bars are perfect for any occassion! Some say these are too tasty to have just one!

Recommended before you begin:

   One wire whisk     

  parchment paper  

   2 medium bowls   

     9x13 inch pan     

 

Only 6 Ingredients In This Recipe

 1 Tablespoon  CannaButter 

OR

 4 Teaspoons   CannaOil         

 3 Lemons, Juiced OR 3/4 Cup Lemon Juice 

 2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour 

 1 Cup Butter, Melted 

 2 Cups White Sugar 

 4 Eggs 


    Only 5 Simple Steps For This Recipe

    • Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees Fahrenheit (175 Degrees Celsius)

    • Whisk together 1 cup melted butter, 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup sugar to form the crust. Press the crust mix into the bottom of a parchment-paper-lined 9x13 inch pan. 

    • Bake the crust for 15 Minutes at 350 Degrees F, or until the edges begin to turn a slight golden brown. Let it cool off while preparing the next step.

    • In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the cannabutter, eggs, and your lemon juice. Pour this over the warm crust.

    • Bake the lemon bars for another 20 minutes at the preheated setting. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Cut 4 ways diagonally and 4 ways horizontally and Enjoy!

    Optional Add-On: Let your lemon bars cool for an additional 10 minutes after baking and lightly dust with confectioners sugar for both added taste and flair.

        These are great, the lemon taste completely concels the cannabutter that I put in it. I double dosed mine instead of using the typical dosing instructions and was on my A** for most of the day hahaha.
